To protect client confidentiality and treatment autonomy, Ms. Dudley operates on a fee for service basis. At the time of your visit you will be provided a detailed receipt designed to be submitted for insurance reimbursement, if you so choose. Ms. Dudley is not a member of any health provider panels.
However, depending on the type of coverage, many of her clients receive some level of reimbursement, typically 50-80% once their deductible is met.
The fee for a 50-minute session is $120.00. Couples and family sessions are $150.00.
When speaking to your insurance company regarding your coverage, they will require the code number (CPT code) 90806 for Individual Outpatient Psychotherapy by an Out of Network Provider.
